Century Communities opens new phase at Brighton Crossings

BRIGHTON, Colo. — Century Communities opened a new phase of homes at Brighton Crossings on May 30, introducing two new model homes and nearly 200 homesites within the master-planned community.

The expansion featured the builder’s Alpine and Summit collections, with two-story floor plans ranging from 1,947 to 2,410 square feet. Homes offered three to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms and two-car garages. Prices started in the $490,000s.

“Brighton Crossings has been one of Denver Metro’s most established planned communities for more than two decades, and we’re proud to bring almost 200 new homes to one of its final phases,” said Brittany Wall, division president for Century Communities.

The community is located in Brighton, about 22 miles from Denver, 12 miles from Thornton and 18 miles from Denver International Airport. The new homes are adjacent to Padilla Elementary School and within walking distance of the Venture Center community facility.

Amenities at Brighton Crossings include the 7,000-square-foot Venture Center and Water Park, a fitness center, sports court, playground, nine parks, miles of walking paths and the Crossings Bark Dog Park. Venture Park is also being expanded to include a soccer field, baseball field and a nine-hole Frisbee golf course.

Other community features include proximity to Barr Lake State Park and access to major transportation routes including Interstate 25, E-470, Interstate 76, Interstate 270 and Interstate 70.

The May 30 grand opening included model home tours, refreshments and prize giveaways for visitors.
