LITTLETON, Colo. — Los Dos Potrillos will reopen its Littleton restaurant on July 9 after a temporarily closed the location in March.

The family-owned at 10065 W. San Juan Way will resume service at 11 a.m. following repairs and renovations after a March 3 fire.

During the closure, Ramirez Hospitality Group remodeled the 7,389-square-foot restaurant, including the addition of a Wall of Traditions that highlights the family’s recipes and heritage. The restaurant chain was founded in 2002 by José and Martha Ramirez, who brought family recipes from Jerez, Zacatecas, Mexico, to their first location in Centennial. The business is now operated by their sons, Daniel and .

“Littleton has always held a special place in our hearts,” said , CEO of Ramirez Hospitality Group. “The support we received from this community and from the first responders who were there when we needed them most meant everything to our team.”

Los Dos Potrillos now operates six restaurants in the .

The Littleton restaurant reopens Thursday, July 9, at 11 a.m. at 10065 W. San Juan Way.
