Sunwest Bank has completed its acquisition of former MidWestOne Bank and Bank of Denver branches in Colorado from Nicolet National Bank.
The transaction expands Sunwest’s branch network and commercial banking operations in Colorado. The acquired branches will provide commercial lending, real estate lending, treasury management and other banking services.
“This transaction reflects our long-term commitment to Colorado, and we look forward to building lasting relationships,” Sunwest Bank President and CEO Carson Lappetito said.
Founded in 1969, Sunwest is a privately held commercial bank with more than $4 billion in assets. The bank is headquartered in Sandy, Utah, and has offices in Colorado, Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho and Utah.
