FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Mission Rock Residential has been selected to manage Seasons at Horsetooth Crossing, a 208-unit apartment community in Fort Collins.
Built in 1999, the property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 700 to 1,260 square feet. Units include washers and dryers, gas fireplaces, walk-in closets and private patios.
Community amenities include a heated swimming pool and spa, fitness center, business center, bicycle storage, barbecue areas and courtyards.
The property is near Horsetooth Reservoir, Foothills Mall, downtown Fort Collins, Colorado State University and Front Range Community College.
“Seasons at Horsetooth Crossing is a well-positioned community with tremendous long-term potential,” said Marcella Eppsteiner, chief experience officer at Mission Rock Residential.
Mission Rock said it plans to focus on property operations, resident services and capital improvements. The assignment expands the company’s portfolio along Colorado’s Front Range.
