DENVER — Philosophy Communication has named Tera Haselden Keatts president, expanding her leadership role at the Denver-based marketing and public relations agency.
Keatts, who has been with the agency for more than 16 years and became a partner in 2020, will oversee business growth, client development and the agency’s adoption of new technologies.
“It was momentum building when Tera became a partner in 2020,” CEO Jen Lester said. “Now, we’re building on that momentum as she guides the agency.”
Keatts has led marketing efforts focused on Colorado’s food and agriculture industries. She was recently recognized with a 2026 ColoradoBiz ICON Award, which honors business leaders for their contributions to their industries and communities.
“I am honored to step into this role and advance the agency into its next chapter,” Keatts said. “Our business is built on relationships, and I’m excited to continue fostering strong partnerships while driving innovation and strategic growth.”
