AURORA, Colo. — Juniper Village at Aurora has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for 2026 based on employee survey responses about their workplace experience.
The certification is based on employee feedback about leadership, workplace culture and their connection to the organization’s mission.
“This recognition is a reflection of something we work hard to build every day, a workplace where people feel valued, supported and connected to something larger than themselves,” said Lynne Katzmann, CEO of Juniper Communities. “This certification confirms we are on the right track.”
Juniper Communities said it offers employee development through Juniper University, leadership training through its Leadership Academy and an employee recognition program called emPOWER. Benefits include health insurance, retirement planning, paid time off, tuition reimbursement and on-demand pay.
“I know firsthand how special our culture at Juniper is, and it is wonderful to see that validated through associate feedback,” said Kristin Fogle, national director of people at Juniper Communities.
Juniper Village at Aurora, located at 11901 E. Mississippi Ave., employs staff in resident engagement, nursing, dining, hospitality and environmental services.
