CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Skiptown, a tech-enabled pet care brand offering dog daycare, boarding, grooming and a bar and park for off-leash play, has announced a new executive team and agency partnerships aimed at accelerating national expansion.
Mike Rotondo has been named chief executive officer and is joined by Molly Fisher as chief financial officer and Kristen Risby as head of marketing and communications. The leadership shift comes as Skiptown, which operates locations in Charlotte, Atlanta and Denver, looks to scale its operations and brand in the rapidly growing $150 billion pet care industry.
“Investor confidence in Skiptown is rooted in our differentiated model, deep consumer engagement and the long-term growth potential of the pet care space,” Rotondo said. “We are positioned to build a category-defining brand.”
Skiptown is backed by investors Meaningful Partners and Focus Impact Partners. Recent funding is focused on accelerating franchise development, expanding real estate acquisition and building operational infrastructure.
To support its growth strategy, Skiptown has partnered with several agencies across key functions:
The new leadership and agency teams are working to position Skiptown as a national brand for modern pet owners seeking innovative, community-driven pet care solutions.
