Studio Home expands prefab housing models

LOUISVILLE, Colo. — Studio Home has introduced four prefab accessory dwelling unit and tiny home models, expanding its catalog to 35 designs ranging from 96 to 682 square feet.
The Robinia, Larch, Rowan and Raintree models are intended for uses including rental units, guesthouses, home offices and housing for relatives. They are available in farmhouse, modern, craftsman and traditional styles.
The company manufactures the models as panelized building kits at its 46,000-square-foot Louisville facility and ships them nationwide. Local franchise partners assist customers with permitting, building codes and construction.
“We’re making the entire ADU build process easier, from choosing the right design to navigating local permitting and construction,” co-founder and creative director Jeremy Nova said.
Founded in 2008, Studio Home said it has completed more than 6,500 projects nationwide. The company launched a franchise program earlier this year.
