LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Eco Choice System has changed its commercial roof restoration model to allow property owners to repair sections of flat roofs in phases instead of completing full replacements.
The Lakewood company said its system allows crews to repair active leaks using seamless protective membranes, then expand the work during later budget cycles. The approach is intended to reduce upfront costs and avoid structural tear-offs that can disrupt tenants.
Eco Choice said its restoration work can be treated as an operating maintenance expense rather than a capital replacement. Property owners should consult accounting and tax professionals about how project costs are classified.
The company also offers a lifetime warranty without annual maintenance fees. It said its roofing system has a bond strength of 900 to 1,200 pounds per square inch and a Shore D hardness rating of 60.
“Our new model treats a commercial roof as an asset to be strategically protected over time rather than a recurring financial emergency,” the company’s executive team said.
