THK Associates completes ownership transition in Greenwood Village

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — THK Associates Inc., a Greenwood Village planning, market analysis and landscape architecture firm, has completed an ownership transition.
Effective March 2026, longtime owners Daniel M. Conway, Peter Elzi and Kevin Shanks transferred ownership to Bryan Conway, Jeff Keeley and Julie Gamec.
Founded in 1969, THK Associates provides market research, economic feasibility studies, appraisals, landscape architecture, urban and land planning, entitlement and development services. The firm employs 18 professionals and works with public and private clients on residential and commercial developments, golf courses, parks, greenways, river restoration projects and master-planned communities across the country.
“This ownership transition reflects our deep appreciation for the value THK brings through its broad range of services and 57-year history,” said Daniel M. Conway, who will serve as chairman emeritus. “I am confident that Bryan, Julie and Jeff will carry forward our tradition of client service while positioning the firm for continued success.”
Jeff Keeley will serve as president of THK Associates. The new ownership group said client continuity will remain a priority as the firm continues to provide market analysis, land planning, landscape architecture, entitlements, development consulting, appraisal services and project management.
“We are honored to lead THK into its next chapter,” the new owners said in a joint statement. “Client continuity remains our top priority.”
Bryan Conway brings more than 27 years of experience in real estate development and construction. Keeley has more than 20 years of experience in land acquisition, entitlement and development. Gamec, a registered landscape architect, specializes in transportation infrastructure, river restoration, park planning and entitlement projects.
