Heather White is the Community Banking Director for Vectra Bank and an influential leader whose impact reaches across banking, community development and advocacy for women. Since joining Vectra Bank in 2010, Heather has transformed the branch network into a powerhouse that now drives more than half of the bank’s revenue. Under her leadership, community banking loans have soared from $350 million to more than $1.7 billion, while annual loan production has grown tenfold. Deposits have also climbed from $1 billion to over $2.8 billion, a testament to Heather’s vision and commitment.
Heather’s leadership style is rooted in people-first values. She designed new goal structures, enhanced training and championed recognition programs that celebrate not just sales but stories of employees going above and beyond. In 2020, she fought for and won significant salary increases for Tellers, cutting turnover by 20 percent and strengthening frontline service. She continues to adjust pay to keep Vectra competitive.
Heather’s legacy extends far beyond the bank’s walls. She co-founded VectraWomen, an internal network that mentors and uplifts women in banking. Today, 60 percent of Vectra employees are women, with more than half holding leadership roles.
In 2024, Heather led the rollout of a $700 million system transformation, positioning Vectra as an industry leader in customer experience and operational efficiency. She also founded Bet on Better Babes, an executive women’s group that supports families and women in need, and remains active with United Way, Women United and the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Heather’s vision, service and drive make her a force for good in Colorado business.
