Angela Healy transformed AvenueWest from a struggling brokerage into a global leader in corporate housing. When she and her husband purchased the company in 1999, AvenueWest faced financial uncertainty. Angela’s strategic vision turned that around, guiding AvenueWest into an award-winning, multi-million-dollar enterprise managing more than $150 million in residential real estate across 200 cities worldwide.
Under her leadership, AvenueWest has grown its annual revenue to more than $20 million and achieved a 118% revenue increase in 2023 alone after adding 86 new properties in two months. She pioneered AvenueWest’s mid-term rental solutions as an alternative when cities tightened restrictions on short-term rentals, positioning the company as a trusted partner for corporate clients needing reliable housing options.
In 2024, Angela’s leadership was recognized when she was named one of BizWest’s Most Influential Leaders and AvenueWest secured its sixth spot on the Inc. 5000 list, ranking No. 76 in real estate. ColoradoBiz magazine has honored AvenueWest as a Top Woman-Owned Business for five consecutive years. This year, Angela expanded AvenueWest’s offerings into Europe and Asia, extending the company’s reach into new global markets.
Beyond AvenueWest, Angela mentors women entrepreneurs, sharing her expertise through industry boards such as the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. She leads community efforts to donate used furnishings to Habitat for Humanity and the Dumb Friends League and supports clients during crises like the Los Angeles fires. Angela’s commitment to service, growth and community impact continues to redefine corporate housing.
