Century Communities to open new Fort Lupton homes

FORT LUPTON, Colo. — Century Communities will hold a grand opening Saturday for its new residential development at Coyote Creek, located next to the city’s 18-hole municipal golf course.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 13 and will feature tours of a newly decorated model home, light refreshments and a prize giveaway. The model on display is the Empress, a two-story floor plan that the builder says highlights the design options available in the community.
Coyote Creek includes two-story homes adjacent to the golf course. Todd Baker, Century Communities’ Mountain Region president, said the development combines small-town character with proximity to Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Loveland and Denver International Airport.
The company said homes at Coyote Creek are designed with open layouts and are intended to balance affordability with access to nearby job centers.
Century Communities, based in Colorado, is one of the nation’s largest homebuilders and sells homes in multiple states.
