DENVER — The Colorado Brewers Guild released the beer lineup for Collaboration Fest, scheduled for April 4 at The Westin Westminster in Westminster. The event will feature more than 160 craft breweries pouring more than 120 beers brewed for the festival.
“Collaboration Fest is the only place where you can taste a beer that literally could not exist without two breweries deciding to take a chance together,” said Carrie Knose Wilson, communications manager for the Colorado Brewers Guild.
The festival began in 2014 and serves as a fundraiser for the guild, which supports independent craft breweries through advocacy, education and industry promotion.
This year’s welcome beer, a West Coast IPA called Rocky Mountain Advantage, was brewed by Cannonball Creek Brewing Co., River North Brewing and Westbound & Down Brewing. The three breweries were named Brewery of the Year at the 2025 Great American Beer Festival. The beer will be served at the festival and sold at participating retailers, with proceeds benefiting the guild.
The lineup includes experimental and traditional styles. Some brewers collaborated on beers such as a hazy IPA brewed with pineapple purée, Anchovy hops, and pizza seasoning; a lager brewed with black rice; and a blend of West Coast IPA and spontaneous ale.
“At its heart, Collaboration Fest is about collaboration and community,” said Janelle Herrera, vice president of marketing and business development at On Tap Credit Union, the presenting sponsor.
Early entry, general admission and designated driver tickets are available through the festival website. A full list of participating breweries and beers is posted online.
