DENVER — Cross Street Real Estate has expanded its presence in the Denver market with the acquisition of Toprock Real Estate, a local firm known for its work with first-time homebuyers, renters and sellers. As part of the deal, Toprock founder John Galloway has been appointed managing broker of Cross Street’s Denver office.
Galloway brings nearly 10 years of real estate experience and a background in construction project management. He built Toprock around serving first-time buyers and guiding clients through lending programs, rental services and transactions involving self-employed buyers without traditional W-2 income. His approach helped establish a loyal client base and a reputation for navigating complex transactions.
In his new role, Galloway will oversee the Denver office, mentor agents and continue working with homebuyers, renters and investors. He will also support Cross Street’s broader efforts to grow its footprint across the region.
“John’s leadership and experience make him the perfect fit to lead our Denver office,” said Shane Rachman, president and founder of Cross Street. “He brings sharp market knowledge and a commitment to exceptional service, which aligns with our values.”
Galloway said the move will allow him to expand his impact while supporting the company’s growth. “Joining Cross Street gives me the opportunity to help more buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals and support the growth of our team,” he said. “I am excited to guide clients through every step of the process while helping build a strong, successful office in Denver.”
The acquisition underscores Cross Street’s continued investment in the Denver market and its focus on providing real estate services driven by local expertise and client-centered leadership.
