Curbio, West + Main launch Refresh by West home service

Curbio, a national residential contractor for home sellers and buyers, has partnered with Denver-based West + Main Homes to launch a new concierge-style home services program called Refresh by West.

The service, announced at a kickoff garden party earlier this summer and attended by leadership, agents and project managers, is designed to help homeowners repair, update and stage properties before listing or after purchase.
Through Refresh by West, West + Main agents can request free, expedited proposals for clients who need home improvements. Proposals can be requested at any time by scanning a QR code or using the Refresh by West mobile app. After an on-site walkthrough with a local Curbio project manager, agents typically receive detailed, fixed-price proposals within 48 hours.

Curbio offers a wide range of services, including staging, deep cleaning, cabinet refacing and tub re-glazing, along with repairs and upgrades such as replacing fixtures, appliances and outdated devices. Local project management teams coordinate scheduling, sourcing and oversight so that homeowners and agents can avoid handling the details themselves.
