FORT COLLINS, Colo. — EPS Group Inc. has acquired TST Inc. Consulting Engineers, a Fort Collins-based engineering and design firm that has operated in Northern Colorado since 1977.
TST provides civil engineering, master planning, construction services and landscape architecture. The acquisition expands EPS Group’s presence in Northern Colorado and adds to its portfolio of engineering, planning, surveying and construction management services.
The combined firms will provide services for public and private sector projects across the Front Range, from planning and design through construction.
“EPS Group and TST share a practical, client-focused approach to engineering and design,” said Bryan Kitchen, president of EPS Group. “This acquisition brings together two teams with strong local relationships, technical expertise and a shared commitment to helping clients deliver projects that serve their communities.”
TST President and CEO Don Taranto said the acquisition will provide additional resources while maintaining the firm’s existing client relationships.
“For our clients and employees, this is about continuity, capacity and opportunity,” Taranto said. “By joining EPS Group, we gain access to expanded resources while continuing to serve the Northern Colorado communities and clients we know well.”
The companies said existing project teams, client contacts and project commitments will remain in place during the transition.
The acquisition follows EPS Group’s 2024 merger with Northern Engineering, which expanded the company’s operations in Fort Collins and Greeley. EPS Group, based in Mesa, Arizona, provides consulting and engineering services across Arizona, Colorado and the Southwest.
