The Firefly Handmade Spring Market will return to Old South Gaylord Street in Denver’s Washington Park neighborhood on May 2-3.
The two-day outdoor market will feature more than 80 artisans selling goods including jewelry, home items and food products. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day along South Gaylord Street between Mississippi and Tennessee avenues.
Organizers said the market is timed ahead of Mother’s Day and graduation season, offering locally made gifts.
Live music is scheduled throughout the weekend. Performers on May 2 include Chantil Dukart, Emelise and the Matt Flaherty Band. The May 3 lineup includes Strings and the Box and Delta Sonics.
Admission is free and the event is open to families and pets. Nearby shops, bars and restaurants in the Old South Gaylord district will also be open during the event.
