DENVER — Commercial property insurer FM has opened a new office in Denver’s Lower Downtown district as the company expands its presence in the Rocky Mountain region.
The office is located at 1125 17th St., near Union Station, the Colorado Convention Center and Coors Field.
FM said the Denver location will support clients, brokers and business partners across the region. The company cited growth opportunities in the Denver market, including the technology and energy sectors.
“We are proud to open a new office in Denver, which will bring us closer to our clients and partners in the region and allow us to provide an even better client experience,” said Brad Parrish, senior vice president and division manager for FM’s Western division.
Parrish said the new office reflects the company’s commitment to the Denver and Rocky Mountain markets.
The company said the office will also support its FM Intellium business unit, which launched last year to address risks associated with artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data centers and power generation.
“Our decision to establish a strong presence in Denver and the Rocky Mountain region highlights our commitment to this growing market,” Parrish said.
FM is headquartered in Johnston, Rhode Island.
