Fortnight Collective is a Boulder-based brand accelerator known for helping companies move “better, faster.” Founded by Andy Nathan, the firm was built by leaders from large coastal agencies who chose Colorado for a more focused, less bureaucratic approach to creating world-class work. Over time, the company has grown a flexible model that pairs a full-time team with a curated “collective” of strategists, creatives and makers assembled to meet each assignment.
The agency’s progression reflects an emphasis on speed with care. Fortnight established a two-floor workspace designed for collaboration and deep focus, instituted biannual C.H.A.T.S. (conversations around happiness, advancement, transparency and success) and embedded professional development through mentoring, job shadowing and leadership education. The firm offers unlimited PTO after the first year and conducts performance reviews twice a year.
Current priorities center on culture, inclusion and whole-person support. Fortnight has provided diversity training, honors employee-observed holidays and offers quiet spaces for team members who identify as highly sensitive to inputs. The “Keep Moving” recognition program gives employees a stipend to invest in their craft or curiosity, complemented by a professional development stipend.
