DENVER — Leasing is underway at The Apiary Residences, a 193-unit residential development in Denver’s Belleview Station that combines apartment living with hotel-style services and amenities.
The project, managed by Greystar, is part of a mixed-use development that also includes The Apiary Hotel, Keepers Cocktail Lounge and June Gap Market and Cafe.
The property includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments along with 13 penthouse units ranging from 905 square feet to 4,072 square feet. Amenities include a rooftop pool, sauna, co-working spaces and resident lounge. Residents can also order food and beverages from on-site businesses through a mobile app for delivery to their units.
“We thought about this the way a hotelier would,” Sonja Dimond, principal at Copford, said. “Hospitality drives every decision here, from the way residents are greeted to the way their needs are anticipated to the way spaces are designed to make daily life feel effortless.”
Penthouse residents will have access to the Colony Club, a private lounge offering services such as valet parking, grocery and package delivery, monthly housekeeping, and dining reservations.
The development draws inspiration from the beehive, with community-focused spaces and nature-themed interior elements incorporated throughout the building.
“What we’ve built here is a service infrastructure designed around residents’ daily lives,” Jacquelyn Hammond, regional property manager, said. “Whether that’s how a space is staffed, how a request gets handled, or how someone feels walking through the door at the end of the day, every touchpoint is intentional.”
The Apiary Residences is now leasing units in Belleview Station.
