In March 2024, Griffiths Law unveiled its newly transformed 9,132-square-foot headquarters at 10457 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree, Colorado, following a complex interior demolition and remodel. With an existing tenant occupying the central suite, construction was executed in two phases to maintain daily operations while delivering a high-end, modern office environment. This logistical feat required close coordination between general contractor ASR Companies, architectural firm Elsy Studios, interior designer SAB, and a roster of subcontractors including Rockslide, Sun Architectural, Starr Commercial, Leimer Inc., 5280 Paint, Foster Plumbing, RC HVAC and Denver Metro Electric.
Superintendent Ken Kolstedt led the charge on-site, minimizing noise, dust and disruption while ensuring the firm could serve clients without compromising confidentiality. The project team used innovative techniques, including exposing hidden steel structures to raise ceiling heights and installing Alure glass walls to bring natural light into formerly dim areas. A bold color palette and open layout replaced the firm’s outdated cubicle design, fostering collaboration and boosting workplace morale.
The new building not only expands Griffiths Law’s operational capacity but also supports sustainability with LED lighting, smart HVAC systems and digital-first workflows. This investment enhances client service, promotes employee well-being and underscores the firm’s long-term commitment to the Lone Tree community.
