With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality sales and strategic account management with global brands including Caesars Entertainment and Hilton Worldwide, DiGiacomo brings expertise in revenue growth, team development and partnership building to her businesses. She has transformed Hot Jobs into a multi-location workforce solutions provider focused on helping employers address hiring challenges while supporting job seekers through career guidance and mentorship.
Through DiGi V Holdings, DiGiacomo is building a diversified business portfolio with a focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence. She has also developed new service offerings and marketing strategies to adapt to changes in the staffing industry while balancing emerging technologies with the human connection essential to recruiting.
