Nelisha Firestone is founder and wealth advisor at Firestone Financial Group, where she has built a 22-year career defined by entrepreneurial drive, client advocacy and leadership in financial services. Since launching her practice in 2004, she has grown a boutique wealth management firm serving more than 130 client households across Colorado and beyond, establishing long-term relationships built on trust, accessibility and personalized guidance.

Firestone is recognized for a relationship-centered approach to advising in an industry increasingly shaped by automation and large-scale platforms. She specializes in guiding women, business owners and families through major life transitions including retirement, divorce, inheritance, widowhood and business succession planning.

Throughout her career, Firestone has ranked among the top financial advisors nationally, placing in the top 20% of more than 32,000 advisors while affiliated with LPL Financial. She earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation to better support business owners in succession and long-term wealth strategies.

In 2025, she transitioned her practice to Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network to expand client resources while maintaining her boutique service model. The move provided clients with access to estate planning attorneys, CPAs, tax specialists and advanced financial services, while preserving the personal relationships central to her firm.

Firestone is widely recognized as a leader among women entrepreneurs in Colorado. She serves as president of the board for the Center for Relationship Education, is an active member of the Women Presidents Organization and mentors women business leaders across industries. Her leadership reflects a commitment to empowering clients and strengthening communities through financial education and trust-based advising.
