Stephani Gaskins

Stephani Gaskins is first vice president at CBRE in Denver and one of Colorado’s leading healthcare real estate professionals. With 18 years of healthcare real estate experience, including seven years in brokerage, she has built a career helping healthcare providers, hospital systems and institutional owners navigate complex real estate decisions.
Since joining CBRE 12 years ago, Gaskins has completed about 850 healthcare real estate transactions totaling $1 billion in value. She leads CBRE’s healthcare landlord portfolio, representing nearly 6 million square feet of medical office space, and partners in leading the company’s healthcare leasing team, which is recognized as a market leader in Colorado. In 2025 alone, she completed 150 leases and directed leasing strategy for three major healthcare REIT portfolios representing 4 million square feet across the Front Range.
Among her most notable achievements was leading the real estate strategy for an oncology center of excellence at HCA HealthONE Swedish Medical Center in Englewood. She coordinated 35 leases and oversaw a nearly 300,000-square-foot campus redevelopment that consolidated cancer services into one location, improving patient access across the Rocky Mountain region.
Gaskins has earned the Healthpeak Cup for Outstanding Brokerage Service twice, in 2022 and 2024, and was repeatedly recognized by Healthcare Realty as a top-performing broker. In 2025, she was named one of Denver’s top 30 brokers and received CBRE Colorado’s Brokerage MVP honor.
Beyond her brokerage work, Gaskins mentors commercial real estate students from the University of Colorado, serves on CBRE’s National Executive Broker Council and volunteers with the Arapahoe County Santa Claus Shop, Women in Healthcare and community organizations across the Denver area.
