Katie Gillberg

Katie Gillberg is founder and CEO of Hydrate IV Bar, one of Colorado’s first elective IV therapy wellness companies. Since launching the business in 2016 with a single Denver location, she has grown it into a national franchise with more than 30 locations across eight states, including 12 in Colorado, with 47 franchise territories sold. She launched the company’s franchise program in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping establish Hydrate IV Bar as a national wellness brand.
Under Gillberg’s leadership, the company has served more than 90,000 customers, built a membership base of 10,000 clients and earned more than 15,000 five-star reviews. Hydrate IV Bar was recognized in Entrepreneur’s 2026 Franchise 500, reflecting the company’s sustained growth and franchise strength.
Gillberg has received numerous business honors, including induction into the Titan 100 Hall of Fame after earning the Titan 100 CEO Award three consecutive years. She has also been recognized with the Denver Business Journal Most Admired CEO Award, Denver Business Journal Fast 50, the Women Entrepreneur Award, Colorado Companies to Watch and the ASU Sun Devil 100.
Beyond business growth, Gillberg serves as board chair of the Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce, is a board member of the American IV Association and supports women entrepreneurs as an angel investor with Denver Angels. Through Hydrate IV Bar’s Katie Cocktail Philanthropy program, the company donated more than $75,000 to local charities in 2025. Gillberg continues to mentor emerging entrepreneurs while advancing professional standards and responsible growth throughout the wellness industry.
