Pamela Downes

Pamela Downes is the founder and CEO of Aspire Medical Spa, a Colorado-based aesthetics and wellness company built on a patient-centered approach to skincare and long-term results. A licensed aesthetician, she opened Aspire’s first location in Edgewater in 2015 after identifying a gap in traditional med spa care that was often transactional and limited in scope. She created a comprehensive model focused on advanced aesthetic treatments, education and long-term client relationships.
Under her leadership, Aspire has become a trusted name in Colorado’s aesthetics industry known for natural results, continuity of care and strong client loyalty. From 2021 to 2025, the company increased revenue by more than 30% while membership revenue rose nearly 50%, reflecting the success of its relationship-driven care model. Revenue also grew nearly 10% from 2024 to 2025 as Downes continued scaling operations in a competitive wellness market.
In the past year, Downes opened Aspire’s third Denver area location in RiNo, expanding access to services and advancing her vision for a modern med spa experience centered on education, trust and individualized care. She continues to evolve service offerings through customized treatment plans, memberships and provider-led consultations.
Downes also prioritizes community engagement and leadership development. Aspire partnered with SafeHouse Denver on a donation and awareness event supporting survivors of domestic violence. As a founder and leader, she has built a team culture focused on education, mentorship and professional growth while creating a welcoming environment for clients across all locations.
