Made in Colorado: SEND Bars in Boulder offers organic plant-based snack bars

A world-class competitive rock climber, Sasha DiGiulian says SEND Bars grew out of her own need for healthy snacks. “I started making my own bars over a decade ago because there was nothing on the market that had clean, real food ingredients that I wanted to put in my body,” she explains.

DiGiulian subsequently started SEND Bars with co-founder Emily Tsai in 2022. The company now works with a co-packer in Denver to manufacture the bars in such varieties as Lemon Cherry and Peanut Cacao Crunch.
“Our bars are made of organic, ethically sourced ingredients,” says DiGiulian. “We are packed with plant-based protein, superfoods like lion’s mane and reishi, and we have dark leafy greens you can’t taste.”
