WareSpace to open second Denver-area warehouse facility in Park Hill

WareSpace will open a 129,000-square-foot warehouse facility at 5150 Colorado Blvd. in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood, its second Denver-area location.
The company will hold a grand opening event Aug. 27 featuring facility tours, tenant businesses, food, beverages, business resources and networking opportunities.
The Park Hill property offers private warehouse units ranging from 200 to more than 2,000 square feet. Amenities include loading docks, year-round heating and cooling, shipping areas and on-site support. Pricing starts at $1,000 per month with lease terms ranging from six to 12 months.
“A business might need 300 square feet today and 1,500 a year from now,” Chief Operating Officer Joseph Ely said. “Our goal is to give entrepreneurs the space and flexibility to grow without forcing them into a lease that is bigger or more expensive than they need.”
The facility is intended to serve small businesses in central and northeast Denver and nearby communities, including Aurora and Commerce City.
WareSpace also operates a facility in Centennial. The Park Hill opening increases the company’s Denver-area footprint to about 200,000 square feet. WareSpace operates 32 locations nationwide.
