FIRESTONE, Colo. — Tri Pointe Homes has opened Auburn at Cordovan, a new collection of single-family homes in the Cordovan master-planned community in Firestone.
The development includes 92 homesites with floor plans ranging from 2,317 to 5,076 square feet and up to six bedrooms. The homes include options such as recreational vehicle garages, finished basements and Gen Smart Suites, which provide separate living spaces for extended family members, caregivers or guests.
Auburn at Cordovan is part of the larger Cordovan community, which is planned for about 650 homesites and includes multiple national homebuilders.
The community includes Round-About Park, a central gathering area designed for outdoor activities and neighborhood events.
“At Tri Pointe Homes, we believe that a home is much more than walls and a roof,” said Kelly Taga, division president of Tri Pointe Homes Colorado. “It’s where first steps are taken, holidays are celebrated, milestones are achieved and memories are made.”
Tri Pointe Homes hosted a grand opening event on June 27, featuring home tours, live music, food vendors and family activities.
The Cordovan community is located in Firestone, where the town recently met with Tri Pointe Homes Colorado leaders to mark the development’s opening and continued growth in the area.
