Lisandra’s journey from Cuba to Colorado is a testament to courage, resilience and service. Immigrating to the United States at 14, she embraced every opportunity to build a better future for herself and her community. After graduating from Rice University, Lisandra moved to Colorado to pursue a career in law. Determined to stand out, she spent a week in the courthouse until she earned a position at one of Colorado’s top personal injury law firms.
Unsatisfied with the limitations she saw in the industry, Lisandra launched her own firm to do things differently. Since then, she has grown her practice into a thriving multimillion-dollar firm with more than 12 team members. Her firm has recovered millions for injured clients and continues to expand, reflecting her commitment to helping as many people as possible.
In the last year, Lisandra’s leadership reached new milestones. She moved her firm into a new office space in Belmar that more than doubled their capacity and has aggressively grown her team by hiring new attorneys and staff. Beyond her legal work, Lisandra launched Arriba Las Mujeres, a grassroots movement dedicated to empowering Latina women to break barriers and embrace new possibilities. Through quarterly networking events, a thriving Facebook community, an Instagram page, a YouTube channel and a podcast, she inspires women to dream bigger and support one another.
Lisandra’s story is one of fearless vision and impact. She stands out for her devotion to her clients, her growing influence as a community leader and her mission to lift others as she climbs.
