LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Red Rocks Community College has introduced a new logo as part of a broader update to its website, visual identity and messaging.
The logo draws on the red rock formations and foothills near the college’s campuses in Lakewood and Arvada. A college-wide survey conducted in the spring informed its design and identified the school’s location as a defining part of its identity.
The brand update coincides with RRCC 2030, the college’s strategic plan focused on strengthening community partnerships and expanding students’ economic mobility.
Red Rocks, an emerging Hispanic-Serving Institution, is also updating its Lakewood campus to create more gathering spaces.
The campus is hosting “José Sacal: Un Mexicano Universal,” an exhibition featuring 21 sculptures by the late Mexican artist. The exhibit is open to the public through Nov. 3.
