DENVER — BODYBAR Pilates has opened a new studio in the Hampden South neighborhood at 7300 E. Hampden Ave., Unit A-7.
The studio is owned by Bernadette and Bo Johnson and Heather and Mike Mroz. The ownership group is also developing a second BODYBAR Pilates location in Castle Rock.
Bo Johnson is a U.S. military veteran and middle school teacher in Highlands Ranch. Bernadette Johnson is general manager of the Power and Energy Transition segment at a software-as-a-service energy company. Heather Mroz has a marketing background and has been involved with schools and community organizations in Castle Rock. Mike Mroz is the chief sales officer at the same energy company as Bernadette Johnson.
“Our expert-led classes cater to all fitness levels in a welcoming environment,” Heather Mroz, owner of BODYBAR Pilates Hampden South, said. “We welcome everyone to come in and try Pilates at our studio and see how it can help anyone achieve their long-term fitness goals.”
Founded in 2012, BODYBAR Pilates offers instructor-led Pilates classes using reformers and other equipment. The Hampden South studio is open seven days a week.
