GREENWOOD VILLAGE — Construction has begun on The Village at Landmark, a gated residential development that will bring 90 detached single-family homes to a 13-acre site south of The Landmark mixed-use district in Greenwood Village.
An invitation-only groundbreaking event was held June 4, giving city officials and community leaders a first look at plans for the project. The community is being developed by Century Communities and designed by Godden Sudik Architects.
The development will feature two home collections with floor plans ranging from 3,280 to 4,500 square feet. All homes will include basements, three-bay garages, rooftop living areas and private elevators. Pricing is expected to range from $1.7 million to $3 million.
“Opportunities like this simply don’t come along often in Greenwood Village,” said Todd Baker, regional president of Century Communities. “Ninety detached homes on a 13-acre site within walking distance of Landmark amenities represent a unique combination of location and design.”
Planned community amenities include a central gathering space with fire pits and water features. Residents will also have access to nearby regional trail systems and Club Greenwood.
The development is within walking distance of The Landmark district, which includes retail, restaurants and entertainment venues such as Landmark Theatres, Comedy Works, JING and Upstairs Circus.
Earthwork is underway, and model homes are expected to begin construction later this year. Home sales are anticipated to begin in spring 2027.
