Fort Collins marketing consultancy OTM wins Colorado Companies to Watch award

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — OTM, a Fort Collins-based marketing and sales consultancy, has been named a 2026 Colorado Companies to Watch winner after reaching finalist status in 2024 and 2025.
The statewide program recognizes about 50 second-stage businesses each year based on growth, operational performance, job creation and market impact. The 2026 awards were presented on June 19 at Wings Over the Rockies in Denver.
Founded 18 years ago as a web development company, OTM works with founders and CEOs of B2B professional services firms through its Path to Growth framework, which is designed to help companies build consistent, scalable revenue.
“OTM started as a web development shop 18 years ago, so technology has always been our core, not an add-on,” said Miles Kailburn, CEO and founder of OTM. “We began building AI agents in the first quarter of 2021, a year and a half before ChatGPT launched, because we believed marketing results should come from systems and data, not just creative instinct.”
The company also released its second annual B2B Growth and Technology Trends Report in April, which found that one in three U.S. professional services firms has the operational infrastructure needed to scale.
OTM has received four consecutive Inc. Power Partner Awards and has appeared on multiple Inc. 5000 lists recognizing privately held companies for sustained growth.
