Liaison Technology Group has acquired Windsor-based Imagine More, adding four retail lighting showrooms and an e-commerce operation to its custom technology integration business.
Founded in 2009 by Lenard Gale and Don Brehm, Imagine More operates showrooms in Northern Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming. The company sells lighting, window treatments and integrated technology and is one of the country’s largest Hunter Douglas dealers.
The combined companies will provide lighting design and controls, window treatments, audio and video systems, automation, networking, security and commercial technology services.
“This acquisition significantly expands how and when Liaison can become part of a project,” Liaison founder and CEO Steve Weber said.
Imagine More joined Liaison through a stock sale and will remain the same legal entity. The companies said existing operations, agreements, customer relationships and warranties will continue.
Brehm will retire after more than 15 years with the company. Gale will remain as Liaison’s vice president of lighting sales. Financial terms were not disclosed.
