Taste of Louisville expands to two-day summer event in Colorado

LOUISVILLE, Colo. — will return June 5-6 with an expanded weekend lineup featuring food, entertainment, music and throughout downtown.

Hosted by the Louisville Chamber of Commerce, the event has grown from a small food-focused gathering into a larger community celebration that now includes multiple activities across the weekend and a monthlong “Best Taste in Town” competition highlighting local restaurants and businesses.

The weekend begins June 5 with Dinner on Main, downtown First Friday activities and the return of Silent Disco on Main Street. Organizers said Dinner on Main sold out in three minutes despite doubling the length of the table this year.

Other Friday activities include extended hours at downtown businesses and events at the , including its Soda Parlour experience featuring mini floats and live music.

Events on June 6 will include the Fun Run & Dog Jog fundraiser, entertainment across multiple stages, local vendors, a farmers market, a Pride Festival, family activities, car displays and community programming.

The new Pride Festival will include an interactive paint-by-numbers mural for attendees to contribute to a community artwork project.

“Taste of Louisville marks the start of summer for so many people in our community,” Executive Director Gillian Millar said. “It’s that weekend where people wander downtown, run into friends, discover something new, dance in the streets and celebrate everything that makes Louisville an amazing place to be.”

Most events are free to attend, with additional event information, tickets and volunteer opportunities available through the Louisville Chamber.
