DENVER — The Vesper on Tennyson, a 34-unit apartment building in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood, has opened and is nearly 60% leased.
First Stone Development developed the four-story building at 4345 N. Tennyson St. Cross Street is handling its branding, marketing, leasing and property management.
The building offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, including units with lofted layouts and double-height ceilings. Monthly rents start at $1,695 for one-bedroom units and $2,747 for two-bedroom units.
Apartments include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, smart thermostats and keyless entry. Some units have private balconies.
Building amenities include controlled access, an elevator, a package room and 32 parking spaces with electric vehicle charging capability.
The property is near restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, galleries and stores along Tennyson Street. Berkeley Lake Park and Rocky Mountain Lake Park also are nearby.
“The building’s scale, architecture and interiors reflect the energy of Tennyson Street,” said Leonard Taub, developer and managing member at First Stone Development.
