Derek Irick of Bray & Co. in Grand Junction to be honored Oct. 14

Derek Irick of Bray & Company Real Estate in Grand Junction has been named the 2024 Gus Williams Colorado Young Professionals Realtor of the Year, the company announced Thursday. The award recognizes achievements of young real estate professionals who have demonstrated dedication to bettering their community and industry through their personal life and business.
Irick was nominated by his peers, recognizing his commitment to “the values of the Realtor spirit,” the Bray Company said. “His outstanding work within the local community and the real estate industry has made a significant impact, exemplifying the qualities that this award celebrates.”
The award will be presented to Irick at the Colorado Association of Realtors Leadership Symposium’s Inaugural Dinner, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Oct. 14 at the Hyatt Regency DTC. The event will also honor other individuals who have made notable contributions to the real estate profession.
