Daniel Wittenberg, 59, is a partner in Snell & Wilmer’s Commercial Litigation Group and co-chair of the firm’s pharmaceutical and medical device practice. For the last 25 years, Wittenberg has focused on representing medical and life science manufacturers and distributors in product liability cases, as well as other companies in a wide range of industries, including food, cosmetics, and heavy equipment. He also serves on the board of the Colorado BioScience Association and the Denver Metro Chamber’s Healthcare Committee.
In commercial litigation, power often is rooted in pragmatism. “I view power as the ability to advise and facilitate desired outcomes for our clients,” said Wittenberg.
Noting that he enjoys developing friendships with clients and colleagues alike, Wittenberg said that the guiding philosophy of his career is based on positivity in both mindset and manners. “Choose happiness; civility matters,” he explained.
