A self-described “recovering engineer,” is a longtime mountain biker. “I also use my bike as my main form of transportation,” she says. “I love riding bikes.”

Wo started making bicycle bags for herself and friends before the COVID-19 pandemic, then started selling them in 2020. As of 2026, she sews all of the bags herself at Phoenix Asylum, a in Boulder. “Everything’s custom and made to order,” says Wo. “I probably communicate directly with every single one of my customers.”

Reroot was Wo’s full-time job for several years, but she now splits her time between sewing bike bags and working the stacks at the and the fields at . “I needed a little bit more variety, so now I’m back to doing it part-time,” says Wo.
